About Carl

Hello! I am Carl Foss, and I am running for Burlington Town Meeting - Precinct 5. I bring a unique perspective and a fresh voice to Town Meeting. I am a graduate of Boston University and have a Master's degree from UMass Lowell in History Education. I am a teacher in Lowell and my wife is a teacher in Lexington. We have two children. One is in fourth grade at Pine Glen and the other is in sixth grade at the middle school. I served on Town Meeting from 2019-2020 and the Burlington School Committee from 2020-2023. I have been a representative on various boards and committees and was always a strong voice for the residents of Burlington.
